EXAMS SCHEDULE AND RUBRICS

Hi my dear students,

These are the deadlines for exams:

May 15th, Tuesday:

WRITTEN EXAM. It will be about reading, listening and writing. Five points each.

May 16th, Wednesday:

ORAL EXAM, for five points also.

The rubrics for WRITTEN SECTION are the next:

The content is fully in relation with the instruction.
The message is clearly communicated
 2 or less spelling and grammatical errors.      
4
The content is fully in relation with the instruction.          
The message is clearly communicated          
From 2 to 4 spelling and grammatical errors.
3
The content is in relation with the instruction.               
The message is  communicated      
From 5-6 spelling and grammatical errors.

The content is a little bit in relation with the instruction.
The message is a little bit communicated.
More than 7 spelling and grammatical errors.
1
The content is almost not in relation with the instruction.The message is  not  clearly communicated    
More than 7 spelling and grammatical errors.



The rubrics for ORAL EXAM are the next:


Teacher will mark each topic from 1-5. Five is the maximum.
When can you get a 5?  When:
GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY
The student appropriately uses a range of structures and vocabulary from the course with non impeding erros.
FLUENCY
The student can form several sentences together and react to questions without any undue hesitation.
PRONUNCIATION
The student can be easily understood and shows fairly natural speech (intonation, stress and linking).
INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION
The student can respond and initiate interaction
CONTENT AND GLOBAL GOAL
The oral practice must be in relation with the given instruction.
